Exciting Changes within YouthHope's Leadership Team
We are excited to announce that Dale Puckett has transitioned to the role of Director of Partnerships and Scott Ribble has been added to the leadership team as the new Director of Operations!
In August of 2019, YouthHOPE’s founder, Aaron Arnold, transitioned out of full-time missions after sensing God’s movement to other amazing opportunities. In the early years of YouthHOPE, Aaron served as the Executive Director of the ministry. However, in 2017, Aaron believed the ministry would have increased sustainability if we moved to a “flat chart” leadership structure. That year, the leadership structure began to change as we identified three core functions within YouthHOPE: Operations, Programs, and Partnerships. We then made the decision to assign the oversight of each of the areas to three different team members. At that time Aaron became the Director of Partnerships, Jesse Frame became the Director of Programming, and Dale Puckett became the Director of Operations.
Aaron’s departure left a void in the Partnerships area of our ministry. During YouthHOPE’s strategic planning week in December, a change in our team’s leadership was made:
Dale, who is gifted in shepherding, caring for people, and building and maintaining relationships, would move into the role of Director of Partnerships.
Scott would move into the role of Director of Operations as the team recognized the value he added to the operations side of the ministry. Scott has a background in construction and is incredibly well versed in systems and problem-solving.
Jesse has continued to ensure that YouthHOPE programming has continued to thrive, as well as leading the team through our strategic planning for 2020.
We are excited about this shift! We believe this will continue to position YouthHOPE to be an effective global youth ministry as a ministry of New International.
