Stateside Partnerships: A 2021 Strategic Priority
Our third strategic priority for 2021 is to cultivate and strengthen our Stateside Partnerships. Each member of the YouthHOPE team raises their own personal support to be on the team, which includes their salary and all ministry expenses, including travel and projects. We each work hard to develop healthy stateside partnerships. These partnerships have been cultivated because of our own personal development and interaction with supporters. God has faithfully provided through these partnerships to allow projects and training events to take place. We believe that the mission of the Church is stronger together!
In February, during our annual strategic planning week, we prayed and talked about what it might look like to strengthen the quality and quantity of our stateside partnerships, which are churches and individuals here in the United States who believe in the mission of YouthHOPE and who are willing to support the ministry through prayer and finances. We believe stateside partnerships are vital to YouthHOPE’s sustainability and are necessary for us to accomplish our mission.
One of our goals associated with this strategy is to design and implement at least one partnership model which will increase our support base while also adding value to our partners. Our hope is that this will increase funding for ministry projects like Trainers in Latin America that are making disciples and developing youth ministry leaders in some of the most unreached and under-resourced regions in the world.
