2020 Strategic Priorities

YouthHOPE’s focus in 2020 is centered around four strategic priorities:

  • Latin America: Prepare for a School of Youth Ministry Trainers (SYMT) in Latin America in 2021 by building relationships and facilitating youth ministry programming this year

  • Europe: Build new and cultivate current relationships to better understand the state of youth ministry in this region to evaluate the need for an SYMT in Europe in 2022

  • Funding: Position YouthHOPE and each individual team member for long-term financial health.

  • Systems & Structure: Continue the development of internal systems to maintain and increase YouthHOPE’s ministry momentum.
